WESTON’s Vincent A. Laino, Jr. Recognized by Philadelphia Business Journal as CFO of the Year

WEST CHESTER, PA — July 25, 2008 – The Philadelphia Business Journal teamed with Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business to recognize eight outstanding CFOs in an eight-county area in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Vincent A. Laino, Jr. of Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON®) was named CFO of the Year in the Extra Large Business Category for 2008 at a special awards ceremony held July 17, 2008 at the Sheraton City Center, Philadelphia, PA.

An independent panel of judges chose winners in eight categories based on company or nonprofit size. Selection was based on contributions to organizational growth or profitability, reputation through commitment to ethics and accountability, and an active role in their community.

A graduate of Drexel University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and computer systems management and a master’s degree in financial management, Mr. Laino is a Senior Vice President, CFO and CIO of WESTON, an employee-owned environmental redevelopment firm based in West Chester, PA. In his role, he was instrumental in WESTON’s successful efforts to improve the Company’s financial resources, systems, and experience, culminating with employee-ownership in 2001. WESTON's strong backlog and record of superior project performance provides a predictable, stable revenue stream and well-managed cash flow generation. Mr. Laino also serves as Treasurer of the Society for American Military Engineers (SAME).
