Individual Development Plans
WESTON works with each employee owner to develop an Individual Development Plan (IDP), encouraging our people to understand their unique strengths and talents and ensuring they have the opportunity to do what they do best every day.

Weston Solutions University
Weston Solutions University (WSU) is a Web-based knowledge sharing interface that perpetuates our learning culture. WSU provides all of our people with access to a wide range of external learning courses and focused training developed specifically for our employees, enabling them to learn and develop skills at their own pace.

Tuition Assistance
WESTON offers a Tuition Assistance program to assist employees in preparing for greater responsibilities by developing the employee’s full range of talents. The Tuition Assistance benefit consists of 100% reimbursement of tuition fees for work-related advanced degrees in which a passing grade is achieved (Masters- and Doctorate-levels).

Dues & Memberships
WESTON encourages our employees to develop as professionals in their field, providing reimbursement for approved dues, memberships, and registrations in professional societies and organizations.

Licenses & Registrations
WESTON provides incentives to encourage employees to obtain professional registrations and certifications in their field. Additionally, expenses and time off related to obtaining registration or certification may be eligible for reimbursement.

Technical Papers
WESTON provides incentives to professionals who publish articles and technical papers in professional journals and trade magazines or present technical papers at approved conferences or meetings.
