WESTON has served the DOE in its environmental mission since 1979, starting with an Environmental Impact Statement for the Cannonsburg, Pennsylvania Uranium Mill Tailing Pile performed through the Uranium Mill Tailings Remedial Action (UMTRA) project. For over 25 years, WESTON has partnered with DOE and successfully completed more than 2,000 projects at over 40 DOE sites. WESTON currently services 10 major DOE facilities:
