Objectives
WESTON has facilitated the sale and redevelopment
of a range of properties by providing thorough
site characterization and by developing remedial action plans
based on the proposed land use. WESTON has provided technical
expertise to both property sellers and buyers.
WESTON offers a broad range of property redevelopment services. Through our Real Estate Solutions program, WESTON participates as an equity investor or equity contractor in environmental risk transfer, remediation, and redevelopment of property, and to invest sweat equity and/or cash in the project. We evaluate the redevelopment potential of a property and explore potential partnerships with developers and end-users. Our goal is to align our interests with those of our clients, and to provide a market-based exit strategy for a contaminated property, through a variety of remediation and disposition options.
